We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
  • The item must be unused or gently used.
  • The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Free Return Shipping

Glowora4 provides free return shipping for eligible returns.

Our customer service team will provide a prepaid return label along with return instructions.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

  • Photos of the item
  • Photos of the package
